The hotel is perfectly located, right by the boat harbor and close to the center. The rooms, especially the superior ones after the refurbishment, are clean and spacious, although being on the lower floors at the back.

Staying at this hotel was quite the experience. The location was convenient with easy access to local attractions, although the beds were very hard. The service was exceptional, especially the reception staff who were extremely helpful. The dining options showcased superb traditional Sicilian food. Despite some noise from the road, the rooms were reasonably comfortable, but there were some unfinished maintenance issues that reminded me of a bygone era.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were modern, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was large and modern with a shower cabin and bathtub. Valeria at the reception was incredibly helpful, providing us with breakfast in a bag since we had to check out early. The location was convenient, just a 10-minute walk to the historic center. The dining experience was excellent with tasty choices, and the facilities were top-notch.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were spacious and offered great views, but I had issues with water flowing onto the bathroom floor, creating a slippery situation. The breakfast buffet was excellent, although the surrounding industrial park area was not the most appealing. The staff were helpful and accommodating, but the hotel needs a significant overhaul.
